the breakfast choices were excellent. javier was especially cute and helpful. the location was premium in the historic center. the bathroom was top class.
the service was underwhelming. there was no atmosphere. the pool area was not put together appropriately when i visited. the hairdryer in the room was poor for this standard of hotel, as i needed to hold a button while trying to dry my hair.

helpful staff early storage efficient service
i found the staff really cute, i received helpful explanations about the area. i also got a map to assist with exploring. the team stored my luggage efficiently before my check-in. this allowed me to start exploring earlier.
the gym felt a little too small. i found it difficult to workout there. it felt crowded with just a few people.

clean rooms good breakfast decent size thin walls ripped towel broken light
the rooms was very clean and the size was decent for a short stay. the bathroom was also well done. breakfast had plenty of options I noticed, and i ate enough.
my room ended up being right next to a room that slammed closed often. it woke me a few times and the walls seemed thin. during my stay, i found a ripped towel. also, the bedside light wasn't working, i told someone but it didn't get fixed.

the corner room was comfortable it had plenty of toiletries hairdryer and iron. breakfast had a good selection i could order off the menu if i wanted. staff stored my bags and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport later in the day.

the location was fantastic for exploring the city (everything was easily accessible). the staff was really helpful and friendly, addressing all requests efficiently. our room was clean and well kept, with comfortable furnishings. i also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily.
the rooftop pool area was smaller than expected. it had limited seating.
